ALHAURIN GOLF RESORT RENTAL

Many thanks for taking the time to look at our new rental property which has been completely refurbished as of July 2019, and is ready to rent with immediate effect. Please look round the page at the various pictures of our property.

Our Townhouse is a three storey holiday vacation property on Alhaurín Golf Resort and  is located on Alhaurín el Grande and offers a shared outdoor swimming pool. The holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding and hiking.

This property features a private terrace with views overlooking the pool, and also the property has a beautiful unique Rooftop garden terrace with a barbecue and stunning views over the guadalahorce valley. 

The property is situated on a secure gated community, and the pool is shared by only 14 large townhouses. The property has an alarm system, and everything else to make for an a great holiday vacation.  Features include, Satellite TV, Fibre Optic WIFI, Fully Loaded Kitchen, Ironing Facilities, and all the convenient things you would have in your own home.  Our goal is to provide a relaxing holiday vacation home for all.

On the ground floor of the property is a beautiful large hallway, which leads to the right into a brand new kitchen, fully loaded with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and full utensils. Further down the hallway leads into a stunning lounge dining room with a large dining table, ample seating and 50 inch flat screen satellite TV with fibre optic WIFI throughout the property.  From the lounge leads out onto the terrace which also looks over the swimming pool, and contains seating areas and dining area. Downstairs also has a bathroom.

On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom,  and also a twin bedroom, all of which have fully fitted wardrobes, There is also on this floor a large family bathroom as well.

On the third floor is a double bedroom, which lead onto a beautiful roof garden terrace, which is over 50m2, and has sunbeds,  storage and a large barbecue area for those cool long nights.

Our property is situated on the stunning Alhaurin Golf Resort, which is 4 km to the villiage and  has the usual restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and banking facilities you would expect, and 15km to the local beaches and coastal areas of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas.  Mijas Pueblo is only 7km away, and Malaga Airpport is roughly 20km from the property.

On the doorstep, probably 500 metres away, is the The Boma restaurant bar, which has stunning views over the mountains. La Ventilla a superb Spanish restaurant bar, Alhaurin Golf Hotel,  Alhaurin Golf Clubhouse offering lovely food and drink all day, and La Ventilla which is a fully food stocked petrol station with an indoor and outdoor cafe bar, also is Finca La Mota a further 2 mins walk away.

Tennis facilities are available from the Hotel, and obviously the golf course has a world class 18 hole course, and a fabulous nine hole course, which is great for the short game, and the kids will enjoy.
